Echo Creative Club -- June 2012 Reveal

It's Echo Creative Club day!   I had the privilege of once again working with Jeannie's peeled paint beads ... this time in white with copper leaf.

I really love these beads, and the only thing I wanted to do was enhance them by adding more of the same. So I took the white and copper beads (that also have a gold shimmer to them) and added more white, copper and gold to create this necklace.

Pearls, copper beads and copper and gold wire crochet rounds.

One large gold crochet round, sandwiched between two small copper crochet rounds.

Copper and gold wire wrapped to create an accent bead and crocheted to create the chain.

While digging through my metal stash, I found two pieces I had made in a cold connections class that were a perfect match for Jeannie's beads.  After quite of bit of reshaping and sanding, I punched some holes, attached the ear wires and beads and badda bing ... one-of-a-kind earrings!

I am so grateful that I get the opportunity to create with Jeannie's beads every other month and I really appreciate your stopping by to take a look!  Below are the links to the blogs of the other designers participating this month. Please take a moment to hop on by to see what they've created with Jeannie's beautiful components.  Thank you! =)
